Community Land Title is locally owned and operated by Tonya & Rick Modesitt. Together, we bring 38 years of combined experience in the title insurance industry – with over two decades of service here in Hopkins County.

Tonya Modesitt

Tonya has been a licensed escrow officer since 2002 and brings extensive knowledge across all areas of title and escrow. Her attention to detail and communication style help clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the transaction.

She believes clarity matters. When clients understand what’s happening and why, closings move more smoothly.

Rick Modesitt

Rick’s background includes abstracting and title plant management, giving him a strong foundation in accurate research and dependable title work.

His experience supports proactive problem-solving and helps identify and address potential issues early.

Bo Modesitt

Bo has been part of the family for over ten years, and he takes his role as Chief Greeting Officer at Community Land Title very seriously. You might find him greeting visitors at the door, quietly keeping us company during a busy afternoon, or simply adding a little extra warmth to the office.
